Lastnight I rowed Ying Kei's wing boat for 12km. The feel is good, and but leg drive has to be harder in order to have that "flying" feeling.

I wonder why some of my colleagues still dunno how to recognize the difference in the ring tones of internal calls or outside calls. They still keep saying "This is HK Observatory..." no matter it is from inside or outside....

Managment and politics cannot be separated. Without politics, management won't be succeeded.

Rowing "tank".... 

Thinking that the sweeping crews may not have chance to feel the balance along the central line, suddenly I think of one way to practise balance is to stop at back-stop, half-slide, full-slide, with only the inside hand holding the handle, while, the outside hand holding in the air in a position symmetrical to the inside hand. It will better even with the hands-off the handle. Just an imagination, I haven't do that before, but maybe it worth a try.

I never expect I would get the result yesterday, 1:43.3/ 500m. Really have to thank Carmen keep supporting me and practising me before! And knowing from her that Chiang was looking at me when I was competing, I was even more aggresive. Thank you Chiang!

This is what I want, keep driving and challenging. I should apply this aggressiveness into developing my career.

At the same tiem, what I also want is, the crews can get better and better in the coming days. They are competing for the team in the coming days, not me.

Really wanna make them feel more being part of the team.

I am a bit worry on my work, frightening that my work will not fit into the real operating environment. My boss and me have not consider the real environment when I was implementing the prototype. When it is to be ported into the real situation, something has to be changed.

Suddenly felt much pressure from my work...

And without her support and care, I think I feel a bit empty...
