The new guys 8+ got the third in D3 8+.
Got some feedback from them, did I give inappropriate comment?

I think I will treat different people different comment on the same issue.
For someone being disappointed about themselves, I will give encouragement. But for some thinking that they did their best or thought they didn't have any problem, I will give some bitter comments.
