I wanna talk as least as possible with her about the matter of rowing team. I just wanna preserve the most basic elements in our communications and interactions as in other couples. Though rowing is our common interest, when it comes to team management matters, I may be easily mix the argument into our daily communications.

I hope we can treat it as the problem we face individually, taking the other side as the target to talk about the worry, but not the target to claim any solution to the problems.
