Power of words

Today I experienced my power of words...
One is really what I meant, and another is what i didn't meant. I wanted one side to understand what I meant, but I didin't want another side to think that's what I meant.
Anyway, I made both cases sad. I didn't care one side, but I really didn't want to make it happened... i.e. To you... I 'm really sorry. Please forgive me.
